A Sylvan Elf village.

There is no inn in Razan, but the tavern (which is known as the Dragon's Tooth) has a semi-private area where infrequent travelers can sleep. The innkeeper is an excellent maker of Elven Veggie Biscuits and is making 50 for the party. He will hold them for two weeks until the last day of Goodmonth for the party and will then sell them elsewhere.

There is but one General Store, and there can be found a slight selection of armor and weapons, but not a lot of other adventuring equipment. What is there tends to be somewaht pricey.

There is a small shrine to Sehanine in the village, with but one 1st level priest.
