Argyle Park/Englewood
is located in the north end of Regina. It is a small close knit community
perfectly suited to a family oriented lifestyle.
The Argyle
Park/Englewood Community Association Board is operated by a group of
volunteers. The majority of the Board work fulltime and still wish to
donate sometime their community. The Board is a great opportunity for
community members to volunteer for. The amount of time you volunteer is
totally up to you. We meet once a month from September to June for about
one to two hours. For those of you that wish to volunteer but have no
sitter we offer free childcare during the meetings. The Board would
encourage all members of Argyle Park/Englewood to come and give us your
input.
The centre is located
across the street from St. Timothy School and attached to Dr. Hanna School.
We have an active
community centre with programs and rentals occurring on a regular basis.
Programs are offered
for all ages, including programs like preschool, physical activities (floor
hockey, dance, yoga) and crafts. All programs are cost efficient and some
are free with sponsorship from the City of Regina and Saskatchewan
Lotteries.
