Hauppauge Capture

General Description

• This plugin to HomeSeer provides the capabilities to define security zones based on motion sensors or other devices that can detect activity.
• Cameras can be assigned to specific security zones and when directed can turn on the appropriate camera (also turning off any camera that is on) and snap an image or a series of images x milliseconds apart. Images are stored in a specified folder and are limited to a predefined number.
• Scripts or events can be called before and after the image capturing occurs. The Pre-Capture Script/Event could be used to turn on a VCR before capturing images (so a record of activity is also on your VCR). The Post-Capture Script/Event could be used to send an e-mail of the picture just taken.
• Images can have Camera name, Date and Time overlaid on the image in 9 selectable locations with the font size / background assigned color and opacity.
• Two ASP web pages are provided to review captured images with thumbnails and a page to snap an image for any camera on demand.
