Asian Rice Salad

- 2 cups pre-cooked basmati rice(or choice)
**general rule 1 cup rice to 2 cups water
**takes about 25 mins. for basmati rice
- to cold rice add 1 to 2 shredded carrot,
    small chopped zucchini, 1 cup cold raw
fresh peas
- toss rice and vegetables gently
-add 1 cup raw mushrooms or canned button
mushrooms if you must
- add 1 to 2 cups fresh raw bean sprouts
(alfalfa sprouts will also do)
- add sea salt, fresh or dried basil and ginger
to taste
- toss carefully with oil/vinegar dressing
- let marinate for at least 2 hours covered
