They shaved people's heads, they broke equipment, they put crew member's lives in jeopardy and they started a new relationship with the CRTC:

Member's from the Access Communications lab tested the explosive force of 2-litre pop bottles dropped off the roof of the station. Not everything went according to plan. In one of the funniest moments of live television, the Pepsi bottle doesn't explode and bounces in a 50 foot arc, destroying an expensive TV light. QuickTime.

All their crazy fans were watching at home when one of them decided to get in his car and try running James down. The iso shots of the offending car were either a pure fluke or the result of a brilliant director's quick thinking. James uses a word you can't say on local TV.

Remember James in those annoying cell phone commercials that played for three years? Well, in one shot we see him dangling over a skyscraper talking on a cell phone.
