First of all, I want to thank our Lord for giving me such a good life filled with joy and happiness and very little sorrow and pain.  He supplied me with all the essentials needed to have a very wonderful life.  He found the love of my life in Paul, who was a great husband, full of kindness and caring and love for me.  What a blessing you were Dear, especially during my illness you did everything in your human power to help me.  All those trips to the hospital for treatments, x-rays,  CT scans and blood tests, all the household chores, like cooking meals, cleaning and laundry.  I had your big shoulders to cry on, your consideration was admirable.  “It does not matter where you go in life or what you acquire.  It is who you have beside you that really matters.”  I cannot say in words how much I love you and how much I will miss you.  When I counted my blessings, I counted you twice; you were such a wonderful husband.  Please remember Paul that life goes on and it will be okay.

I was given two great sons.   Chad and Kevin, what a blessing you both were.  You were loved more that you could ever imagine.  I am so very proud of you both.  I could not of asked for better children.  I can remember five times having sleepless nights worrying (well maybe 10).  You were very good boys growing up and are very fine men now.  Please take care of one another and especially your father.  He will need all your love and support now and never forget how much you were loved by me.  You were both very special in your own unique way.  I think there is a special bond between mothers and sons and we had it.  How I love you two, the joys of my life.

After 20+ years of marriage, alone with three males, it was nice, Carrie, to finally have a daughter in the family. Thank you Diane and Ron for sharing your daughter with us.  How proud we are of you Carrie and your achievements in life, soon to be known as Dr. Carrie Bourassa.  Thank you for the precious gift you gave us, a beautiful Grand-daughter, Victoria Marie Bourassa.

I love you Victoria.  What a sweetheart you are and what joy you brought me. Remember all the games we played, soccer and hockey downstairs in the rumpus room and of course Peter Pan…Nana was always the bad Captain Hook. I think I would of liked to have been Captain Jack Sparrow instead.  What fun we had.  Remember all the books we read, puzzles we made, card games we played. But the best were all the manicures, pedicures and back massages that you gave me and even the fancy hairdos with Nana having hardly any hair.  You always made Nana beautiful…. I love you with all my heart and soul Victoria.  You be a good girl and listen to Mom and Dad and Papa Paul like you always have.  Nana loves you very very very much.  Please Chad, don’t ever let Victoria forget her Nana Angele.

To my parents, Marguerite and Rene, again how lucky I was to have two loving and caring parents.  Thank you for all the years of your wonderful parenting, love, concerns and prayers.  I will miss you more than you can imagine.  Just remember I will be in your hearts and will continue to love you and be with you every day.

I have six wonderful brothers and two adorable sisters. Another great blessing from our Lord to have such a loving and caring family.  I will not use their nicknames  - don’t want to stress out Father Brad with our weird nicknames.

Guy, I hand you over the reigns of being the oldest now.  You look out for the rest, especially Joey who is not feeling so great.  Thank you for everything, your visits and prayers and sometimes some emails….

Nicolas, Robert, Joey, Alain, Patricia, even if you all lived so far away, I appreciated all your phone calls, emails, cards and prayers and the special visits you all made to Regina.  What a bunch of extremely nice people you all are…

Cam and Geraldine (who live in Regina), what can I say…I thank you with all my heart for all the extras you did for me during my illness.  (fixing the backyard with a pond, - which I enjoyed tremendously- painting the fence, and cleaning and redecorating the house, and all the excellent meals that you provided us).  Remember I love you all, and please keep the faith and continue with your lives in God’s eyes… I will be there for you, in your hearts every day….Love you guys……

And finally Shane - who loves to chat with Ma Tante Geraldine on MSN and Mathiew for all your funny little emails with your little smileys so well placed.  I have put a few in my journals for they were so cute.  You can be sure if you still intend to be a priest (like Father Brad) that your Ma Tante Angele will be there watching you at your ordination with great pride and a big smile.  If you feel a little breeze, it will only be my wings flapping with joy…. If you change you mind that is okay too, don’t worry, be happy.
