GENERATIONS

• 1. LOUIS (1650-1770) married Therese Dauphin (prior to 1695)
  • • Louis was a blacksmith and had one known son JEAN BAPTISTE (1695).

  2. JEAN BAPTISTE

  • Born in Sr. Sulpice, Paris, France in 1695. He was a soldier, he came to Canada in 1720 at the age of 25. He was the first Huberdeau generation in Canada. He was a barber and wig maker.

    He married Charlotte Gertrude Roulleau, daughter of Louis and Francoise Geoffrion, on July 27, 1722 at Notre Dame, Montreal.  They lived on St. Pierre Street in Montreal. They moved to Berthier (40 miles from Montreal) prior to 1757.

    He died on February 6, 1770 in Berthier, Quebec. He was 75 years old. He was buried on February 7, 1770 in the parish of Ste. Genevieve de Berthier, Quebec.

    They had 17 children.

    Jean Baptiste, Pierre, Sebastien Louis, Charles Toussaint, Marie Aimee, Charlotte Amable, Pierre Amable, Louise, Joseph Marie, Marguerite Jeanne, FRANCOIS, Marie Therese, Marie Therese, Michel, Charles Francois, Stanislaus, Joseph Marie Simon.

  3. FRANCOIS LOUIS

  • • He was born August 11, 1736 in Montreal, Quebec. He married twice. The first to Marie Anne Hodiesne on October 8, 1766. No known children. His second marriage was on April 19, 1769 in Berthier, Quebec. He was 33, and he married 28 year old Marie Anne Dutertre. They lived in Berthier. Francois was a blacksmith. In 1778, they moved to Montreal and he became an innkeeper.

      They had 13 children.

      Marie Anne, Marie Euphrasine, Marie Angelique, Marie Genevieve, Marie Charlotte, Francois, Antoine, Francois Xavier, Marie Francoise, LOUIS, Joseph Ubardeau, Jacques, Marie.

  4. LOUIS

  • • He was born on February 24, 1781 in Montreal. He married on February 13, 1804 in Montreal to Marie Anne Benard dit Mitchon. They lived in Berthier, Quebec, where he was a blacksmith for awhile, then they moved to Longueuil where he became a farmer. After his wife died in 1851 he lived with his son Francois Xavier. He died on August 17, 1861 at the age of 80.

      They had 11 children.

      FRANCOIS XAVIER, Marie Anne Honore, Leon, Louis, Norbert, Melanie, Joseph Narcisse, Benjamin & Marguerite (twins), Gertrude, Louise Laure.

  5. FRANCOIS XAVIER

  • • He was born in 1806. He married twice. The first at the age of 35 he married on October 5, 1841 to Esther Daignault. The second at the age of 65 he married Olive Mercille (widow of Michel Dubuc) on August 16, 1871. He was a  farmer.         

      They had 10 children.

      Marie Onesime, Louis, Leon, Marie Delphine, Marie Philomene Arzelie, Marie Stephanie, PIERRE, Moise Arthur, Marie, Narcisse.

  6. PIERRE

  • • He was born August 7, 1858, in St. Laurent, Parish. He married October 9, 1844 in St. Hubert, Quebec to Anna Aubertin. He was born January 10, 1869 in Boucherville, Quebec. Her parents were Louis and Melina Robert. She died November 18, 1942.

      Pierre came out west in May 1902. There he bought land and was a farmer. He died December 8, 1943. They had seven children.

  7. ROSARIO

  • • He was born September 26, 1885 in Boucherville, Quebec. He moved out west when he was 17, in 1902. He married in 1907, to Eugenie Guay. She was the daughter of Evangeline Simard and Ovide Guay. She was born on June 16, 1889 and died March 15, 1945. Rosario was a farmer. They had 12 children.

      Raoul, Simone, Marie, Paul, Jeanne, Rosa, Leonard, Alice, Louis, Alexandre, RENE, Odile.

  8. RENE

  He was born January 22, 1928. He married Marguerite Blouin, daughter of Gratia Tremblay and Jean Adhelm Blouin, on October 17, 1949. He was also a farmer, where he grew wheat, milked cows and sold cream.

  

  They had nine children.

  ANGELE, Guy, Geraldine, Patricia, Nicolas, Robert, Camille, Joseph, Alain

  9. ANGELE (HUBERDEAU) - BOURASSA

  I was born August 3, 1950. I married Paul Bourassa, born August 20, 1950. The wedding took place on June 3, 1972. I have two children CHAD and KEVIN.

  

  Angele, age 54, passed away on Sept. 17th at 9:12 pm from Cancer.

  10. CHAD DEAN BOURASSA

  Chad was born March 9, 1973. He married Carrie Weibel on May 8, 1993. Carrie is the daughter of Ron and Diane Weibel. She was born February 19, 1973.
