Married: Marguerite Dugas of St. Hilaire, Vendee France

Died: July 6, 1698 in Montreal, Quebec at age 43.
They had a son FRANCOIS, who came to Canada around 1682.

Died: May 9, 1708 Montreal, Quebec at age 49.
Married: July 4, 1684 to Marie LeBer. He was 25 and she was 18.
Born: Dec. 6, 1666 Montreal, Quebec
Died: Dec. 23, 1756
She was the daughter of Francois Leber and Jeanne Testard, both descendants of French nobility. She was the widow of Charles Robert, they had a son who died at age 15. After the death of Francois, she married for a third time to Pierre Herve. She died at the age of 90 and is buried in LaParire.
Francois and Marie had six children. Francois and his three sons were "Coureur-de-bois". They were known as the fathers of the fur trade. Francois died at the age of 49 in an epidemic.
His children were: Rene - Marie - FRANCOIS - Charles - Suzanne - Antoine.
Rene accompanied La Verendrye on some of his trips to Western Canada. Marie married Jacques Pinsonneau. Antoine married Anne Moquin (ancestor of Quebed Premier, Robert Bourassa).

Died: 1775 in LaPraire, Quebec at age 77.
Married: Feb. 20, 1721 to Anne Deneau-Detailly. He was 23 and she was 17. He was 23 and she was 17.
Born: Feb. 27, 1704
Died: April 20, 1733 in LaPrairie at age 29.
They had four children. - - ALBERT - Anne - Felicite - Marie.
Born: July 30, 1724 (also noted elsewhere 1732).
Died: Feb. 5, 1786 at age 62.
Married: Nov. 6, 1780 in Beloeil, Quebec - to Marie Janot-Lachapelle in Beloiel. She was 34 and he was 56 (or 48).
Born: 1746
Died: Oct.1, 1834 at age 88.
They had three children. --- Archange - Genenieve - FRANCOIS.
Born: Nov. 11, 1785 in L'Acadie.
Died: Sept. 9, 1869 in Montebello, at age 84.
Married: Sept. 6, 1812 to Genevieve Patenaude in L'Acadie. He was 27 and she was 23.
Born: Sept. 5, 1789 in Chambly.
Died: July 28, 1872 in Montebello at age 83.
Francois lived in the USA for 10 years after his marriage. He was a farmer, a Captain in the militia and he was first mayor of L'Acadie in 1845. They had seven children.
FRANCOIS - Sophie - Genevieve - Domitile - Vital - Medard (priest) - Napoleon.
Napoleon was an artist, architect and author. He decorated the N.D. chapel (near Montreal). He is the father of Henri Bourassa ( premier of Quebec).
Born: June 5, 1813 in L'Acadie.
Died: May 13, 1898 in S. Valentin at age 84.
Married: Feb. 28, 1832 at St. Jean, Quebec to Sophie Trahan. He was 19 and she was 15.
Born: Oct. 29, 1817 in L'Acadie.
Died: April 4, 1901 in S. Valentin. (also note elsewhere that she died in 1898).
They had nine children.

Born: August 22, 1836 in L'Acadie.
Died: Sept. 6, 1918 in St. John North Dakota, USA at age 82.
Married: July 23, 1856 in Lacolle, Quebec to Marie Lavallee. They were both 20.
Born: March 20, 1836
Died: July 22, 1903 in St. John, North Dakota, USA. She was 67.
They had eight children.
Francois-Xavier Georges Abdallah - ALFRED NAPOLEON (A.N.) - Georgiana - Hector - Horace - Lindorf - Lumina - Alcide
Born: June 22, 1858 in St. Bernard La Colle, Quebec.
Died: April 18, 1943 at age 85.
Married: October 29, 1878 in Clifton, Ontario. He married Elizabeth Bowen. He was 20 and she was 21.
They lived in L'Acadie for a few years. Along with his wife and one child he moved to St. John, North Dakota, USA along with his parents and five brothers and two sisters. They all farmed. Alfred opened a general store in 1906. In 1909 four of the sons moved to Lafleche, Sask. In 1913, his store burnt to the ground and he moved the rest of the family to Lafleche where he financed a store for his sons. In December 1919, Alfred and Elizabeth moved to Seattle, Washington in order to give a dental education to the two younger sons. They moved back to Lafleche in 1923. Elizabeth died July 28, 1925 from a stroke. After Elizabeth died, Alfred married a second time, to Deliose Langelier of North Dakota in 1927. He was 69. She died in 1943, so Alfred returned to Lafleche, Sask. where he died the following April 18, 1943 also from a stroke.

Elizabeth Died: July 28, 1925 at age 69 from a stroke.
They had 15 children.

Edna Died: October 25, 1977
They had seven children. Ovila worked with his brothers in the General Store in Lafleche. They also opened a store in Meyronne, Sask. in April 1916. He had married Edna Bucknam on July 6, 1915. Mildred and Theodore were born in Meyronne. Due to World War One, this store was closed down so Ovila moved back to Lafleche in 1918 to farm.

Alfred: Married Alma Quast. Alfred died 1971.
Irene: Married Bill Caufield.
Born: May 2, 1919
Died: Tuesday December 24, 1985 at 8:40 A.M. in Lafleche, Sask.
Married: July 8, 1943 to Florence McCabe.
Florence Born: October 12, 1918
They had seven children.
Joanne and Louise: Born March 21, 1944 (Louise died) Joanne married Don Vinish. They had two children, Raymond and Sheila.
Dorothy: Born January 5, 1956 Married (1) Robert Beaudoin. They have 3 children, Denis, Aline and Gerald. (2) Jerry Stanley.
Charles: Born March 11, 1948 Married Gwyn Ogilvie. They had 3 children. Sean, Stephen and Shannon.
PAUL: Born August 20, 1950. Married Angele Huberdeau. They had 2 children, Chad and Kevin.
Leo: Born November 22, 1952. Married Belinda DeCap. They had 2 children, Aaron and Vanessa.
Richard: Born June 3, 1956. Married (1) Barbara Melton. Children, Carmen. (2) Carol Schoental, children Dawn and Alison.
