REGINA SASKATCHEWAN BICYCLE LICENSES
I"m not sure when Regina started requiring bicycles to licensed but the oldest I have is 1924.
1963 was the last year for the oval aluminum issues as a sticker was introduced in 1964.
In 1949 (maybe before) the licenses were made in the same colours as the provincially issued
vehicle plates.
