Jeff Toth Head
Coach National Squad, Senior Squad and Varisty

Coach Jeff has been involved in Swimming for 24 years. After completing his
own age group swimming career as a Regina Optimist Dolphin
(RODS) with numerous provincial and national records he began
coaching with the RODS in the Junior Dolphin Program. During
this time Coach Jeff began his coaching education by attending
numerous courses throughout Canada including the International
Coaching School in Victoria, BC. Over the years Coach Jeff
advanced through the RODS program until eventually moving to the
Saskatoon Goldfins as the Head Age Group Coach. From Saskatoon
he moved to Thunder Bay, Ontario to take the helm of the
Thunderbolts. After a time there Coach Jeff moved back to Regina
and began coaching with the RODS again. Coach Jeff is married to
Sara (Mulatz) and they have 3 daughters: Harriet, Rosanna and
Sydelle.

It is with great pride that Coach Jeff takes on
his duties and he brings with him a tremendous amount of energy,
knowledge and enthusiasm. Jeff believes in speed through skill
and effort and the ROD program is developing into a powerhouse
of technically sound, fast, excited young swimmers who are eager
to lead Saskatchewan swimming to greatness.

Peter Wilkins Head Age
Group Coach/Assistant Head Coach National Prep Squad
Peter is back for his third year with the
Dolphins and his last year as a fitness and lifestyle major at the
University of Regina. The past decade Peter has head coached summer
clubs in British Columbia, and most recently, year round with UCSC
in Calgary. Peter is NCCP level 2 certified and is nearing
completion of his practicum for level 3.
A firm believer in fundamentals and attention to detail, Peter takes
pride in technical discipline and mental toughness among his
athletes. His motivation to coach lies in the challenge of helping
each athlete to reach their goals and be the very best they can be
both in and out of the pool.

Cody Hitchcock
Assistant Age Group Coach Age Group Performance Squad, Junior
Dolphin Coordinator and Team Manager
Cody a Sport and Recreation Administration
major at the University of Regina will be in his fourth year
coaching with the RODS. As a previous ROD swimmer he is excited
to be working with the Age Group Performance Squad and will be
working in the role of Junior Dolphin Co-ordinator and Team
Manager. Cody Has finished his NCCP Level II and is working
towards finishing his NCCP Level III in the next year. Cody will
be focusing on the technical aspects of swimming and looks to
push his athletes to become the best athletes that they can be
and to pursue their goals.

Jennifer Robinson
Assistant Age Group Coach Age Group Development Squad
Coach Jen has been involved in Summer
Swimming for over 30 years. Jennifer started swimming as a
member of the Camrose Sea Serpents swimming with the team for 10
years. She joined the coaching staff first, as an Assistant
Coach, and then as the Head Coach for the Sea Serpents. She has
enjoyed other coaching opportunities as Head Coach for the Royal
Glenora Gators and as an Assistant Coach of the Slave Lake
Sharks.
Jennifer joined the RPSSC Coaching staff in 2006 and has served
as the Head Coach of the Club 2007 - 2008. Jennifers passion
for swimming has been enriched through her involvement with the
Regina Optimist Dolphins Swim Club as she returns to coach the
Age Group Development program. Outside of the pool, Jennifer is
the Coordinator of Volunteer Services Acute Care Programming
for the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region. Coach Jen wishes all
RODS swimmers the best swimming success this 2008-2009 swim
season.

Mary Alice Ennis
Assistant Age Group Coach GREEN Squad
Mary Alice is going into her fourth year
of coaching with the RODS and this will be her second year on
the competitive side of the club. Previously she swam with the
RODS for twelve years. Mary Alice is entering her first year of
university and is working towards her degree in Elementary
Education. She is a firm believer in the clubs motto and is very
proud when a young swimmer sets their mind to something and
achieves that goal. Mary Alice is coaching the Green Squad and
cant wait for the fantastic year ahead.

Erika Brown- Assistant
Age Group Coach GOLD Squad
Erika has been swimming for eleven and a
half years with the RODS and is now going into her second year
university at the UofR studying in the Kinesiology and Health
Science field. As a UofR student, she is also participating in
her second year with the Cougar swim team. Two years ago she
started coaching with the RODS Junior Dolphin pre-competitive
program and will now be coaching the Gold squad on the
competitive side of the program. Erika has had her successes and
challenges within the sport and with this first hand experience
and a fun, happy-go-lucky attitude paired with her desire of the
sport, she is excited to help future swimmers experience success
in swimming and in their day-to-day challenges.

Linda Duarte -
Assistant Age Group Coach GOLD Squad
Linda has been swimming for twelve years
with the Regina Optimist Dolphins Swim Club. She is also
entering her fourth year at the University of Regina where she
is a member of the U of R Cougar swim team. With many years of
experience in the pool, Linda can apply first-hand knowledge
about the emotions swimmers feel through training and
competition ups and downs. She believes in becoming a
well-rounded athlete, both in the water and out. This includes
the swimmers skill development as well as the character one
builds. Linda encourages enthusiasm and determination and tries
to be a contagious example of these for others to follow.
