The
Regina Shared Parenting Network (RSPN) is seeking to establish
presumptive equal parenting legislation after divorce. We
are
committed to developing social conditions which will ensure
that the needs of children are attained within a post-marital
circumstance, including the need for both parents to be equally
and actively involved in raising their children.
Equal
parenting promotes the vision that following divorce or separation,
fathers and mothers should retain a positive, active and equal
parenting role in their children's lives, with the children
spending more or less equal amounts of time living with each
parent. |
