What you will likely see is that the Wxsim forecast for Regina Sk. will usually indicate temperatures a little higher than Environment Canada. That is due to the fact that temperatures are generally slightly warmer within the city limits versus the official site (Regina airport YQR).  This difference is most apparent in the winter on days with lower wind speeds and especially at night.  This was purposely taken into account when configuring Wxsim to forecast the weather for Regina.
