Uniform Pick-Up and Pictures

 

 

Picture order forms will be available at the South Leisure Center on Picture Day.  Each player will receive one complimentary player card.  There will be an opportunity to purchase additional player cards, team pictures and specialty pictures.  All orders must be pre-paid (at the time the player’s picture is taken) and we can only accept cheque or cash. 

 

Note:  There will be three picture pickup dates (end of or after the season) - to be announced.  If you cannot pick up your pictures during one of these times, then the next opportunity for picture pickup will be at the Fall 2011 Registration.   There will be no exceptions in the 2012 season.  The pictures will not be mailed to you and you will not be able to pick them up from the home of the Co-ordinator of the Photographer.  Thank you.
