Mail In Registration—Click the link above, complete the registration form (one form for each session), and send the form along with payment, a cheque payable to SZRB to:

Register by Email—Send us an email at southzoneball@accesscomm.ca.  Make sure the RE line says—Indoor T-Ball Registration and the Session # and Division #.  Then, send us a cheque, in the mail—cheque payable to SZRB— to the above address.   Remember, the player cannot be officially registered until payment is received.  You will need to provide the following the following information:

             Parent’s/Guardian’s Name:

             Address:

             Phone Number:

             Email Address:

             Session #:

             Division #:

            

Register by Phone—Give us a call at 565-1312, press 3, and we can register the player over the telephone.  Then, send us a cheque, in the mail—cheque payable to SZRB—to the above address.  Remember, the player cannot be officially registered until payment is received.
