Each investigator will now prepare an oral presentation to the class regarding the character sketch they have compiled on their suspect.

Your presentation will be done as if you are making a summary before a court, much in the way that a lawyer addresses his final comments to a jury, before they render a verdict.

Requirements:

You will have approximately 10 minutes to present your character sketch to the group.

  1. You will act and speak as if you are the King’s investigator in this case
  2. You will introduce yourself and identify the suspect you have been investigating
  3. You will describe the suspect, based on the following criteria:
    1. What is their day-to-day life like (how do they earn their living)
    2. Are they considered high-ranking, low-ranking, or in-between in terms of social standing
    3. Did they have the requirements for being a spy (see quest criteria for details)
    4. What evidence did you find, and how did it help you decide whether the suspect was guilty or not?
    5. You will provide a brief summary at the end, indicating whether you believe this suspect to be the spy.
