June 2018 - I bought a book with some hints and instructions on power
carving wooden shoes and boots. This Roman Style boot was one of the hints.
I had already made #314 but wanted togive it another try with a different
wood with different grain. I think this one is poplar. It measures 6.5" long
and 5" high and the finish is a high gloss water based varnish. |
