Occupational Therapy
♦ Ergonomic Assessments - Home and Work site
The client's workstation (and where required, home) is observed, with recommendations and education provided, to assist the client in remaining at work (or home) and completing tasks in a more safe manner.
♦ Physical Job Demands and Task Analysis
Provides objective information regarding the client's job demands, work environment, and work duties.
♦ Kinesiologist or Occupational Therapist On Site Job Monitoring
Once a return to work is in place, on site job monitoring by a qualified Therapist will identify barriers. The client would then be provided with education and possible suggestions when performing their job tasks.
♦ Mental Health Return to Work
Qualified Consultants complete individual assessments, occupational assessments and workplace assessments.
Intervention will be based on the results of these assessments.
In the event an employee is absent due to mental health issues, a return to work plan will be developed, implemented and monitored with medical approval.
