2nd Annual Big Muddy Wagon Train

The trek this year will depart Bengough July 19, 2006 and arrive in Coronach on July 22, 2006

Ride the trails used by Sitting Bull and Big Muddy outlaws like Dutch Henry and Sam Kelly

The wagon train was conceived with two thoughts in mind. The first was to give the communities we pass through fundraising opportunities by providing meals and other services to the group. The second was to provide people a chance to see the valley from the perspective of the first settlers arriving in the area.

Itinerary

Tuesday July 18, 2006 - Gather in Bengough for departure Wednesday morning.

Wednesday July 19, 2006 - Depart Bengough approx. 8 A.M and arrive at first night’s camp north of Big Muddy Lake around 5 P.M.

Thursday July 20, 2006 - Depart camp approx 8 A.M and arrive in Big Beaver around supper time.

Friday July 21, 2006 - Depart Big Beaver approx 8 A.M and arrive at final camp outside Coronach around supper time.

Saturday July 22, 2006 - Depart camp for Coronach for participation in the Outlaw Days Parade.
