With the assistance of the American OSS officers,Ho-Chi-Minh proclaims the Independent Democratic Republic of Viet-Nam.On behalf of his Communist Party,Ho-Chi-Minh is secretly working against the other Nationalist Groups to get control of the government.
1945-1954:
France involves in Viet-Nam again. France and Viet-Nam war.
7 May 1954:
The fall of Dien-Bien-Phu.
20 July 1954:
Geneva Agreements.Viet-Nam is divided at 17th.Parallel North into South and North Viet-Nam, pending reunification or other permanent settlement to be achieved through nationwide elections.
