March 2019 - These two stylised penguins were first turned on my lathe and
where the beak is was a cone shape which was cut back with my band saw and
then carved manually as well as a bid of adjustment on the head. These
should normaly have been uploaded to my turnings page but I chose to put
them with the carvings because they are not finished by turning. The little
guy was actually the result of our carving club project for February 2019 I
thought he would feel better to be shown with his own kind. He was totally
hand carved, painted with acrylics and sealed with a spray laquer.
