Threaded Pipe Nipples

Welcome to the Threaded Pipe Nipple Division of Willett Manufacturing Ltd. We began manufacturing threaded pipe nipples in 1990. Since then, rapid growth has caused us to move into a new production facility that enables us to meet our regular production schedule and still quickly accommodate orders with specific requirements. Our goal is to provide a level of service rivaled by none.

Willett has long been recognized as a manufacturer of reliable quality products. In our nipple division we achieve this by using the finest state-of-the-art equipment and pipe that complies with the highest industry standards.

We incorporate four separate inspections throughout tthe production process. We do this to ensure our customers' a reliable level of consistency. Incoming pipe is first checked for grade, and then checked for length and threading as it moves through production. Before leaving the factory, the threaded nipples are checked a final time for overall quality.  

The following right-handed Threaded Pipe Nipples are readily available:

• Standard Black Welded
• Standard Galvanized
• Extra Heavy Welded
• Extra Heavy Galvanized
• Extra Heavy – Seamless

Specifications:

Willett pipe nipples are threaded on both ends with standard tapered pipe threads conforming to the American Standard for Pipe Threads ANSI B1.20.1.

Diameter Range: 1/8" – 6"

Length: Close - 12"

Available in Schedule 40, 80, and 160.  

Extra Heavy Black Steel Nipples - (Schedule 80) Welded.       Right Hand Threads.
