In as brief of terms possible I will try to explain how and why this site has evolved.
We have actually had this site up for a few years. It began as just a personal home page, but later grew into providing information to friends for free software needed for safer internet use. Our pages included many items other than the links to software. We had flash games on site, jokes, photos, favorite bookmarks, recipe search engine listings and a few links to PaintShop Pro user sites.
While monitoring the use of pages visited, we found that the recipe links were most used, followed by the software links. We had a guest book up for a time, and we were quite pleased with the guest comments, but like many others who have had guest books, we became infiltrated by guest spam. We have since removed the guest book, but it had given us a nice feeling that we were at least helpful to visitors to some extent.
Our personal interests brought us to the creation of a second website dedicated to photo correction and manipulation. We were very impressed with the response we received when the site went up. After some pondering it occurred to us that we could merge the two sites into one. We will try to provide the best links possible to all who visit.
We hope that this change will provide a broader range of information to all.
